Zark, what's your current system specs? You won't need a supercomputer to play it, I have a mid-range system with a Radeon 9600XT (formerly billed as the gfx card of choice to play HL2 on), it should play HL2 just fine.

No, I don't have an AGP slot. And I can't afford a graphics card, period, so PCI is out of the picture as well.
As for the speed and RAM quality, I have no idea and really don't feel like going all the way to my basement to check. But I think its safe to say that they're both shitty.

No joke, man! I've waited over a damn year for this stupid game. I know some people who did the whole "French version" thing. I refused to go over and even look at it. I'm paying $50.00, so I am damn well going to enjoy every cent. Just went to the mall and paid the damn thing off so all I have to do is walk in and pick it up when it releases.
