I did. They link to his board, not to R&D documents with "approved" stamped on them. I'm simply curious 'cause (most of his weapons being new tech), there were undoubtabley discussions in the R&D threads regarding them.
And I do think a couple are overpowered for the size, unless (again) there is something I'm missing as far as the weapons are concerned.

They were approved by Kanbal and the staff of the time long before the R&D forum was made.

Uh... I don't remember ever seeing anything Ahnk submitted. He had his stuff taken care of long before I came back the first time.

Not entirely, true, Gue. He does have a Shield Ship. However, his weapons also bypass enemy shields, meaning they essentially have no shields either. The result, then, is that he is allowed to have a 200-meter ship that can do several times the ammount of damage as an equvilently sized traditional warship.
If his weapons were slowed by shields, I wouldn't have a problem, because his advantadge (firepower) would still be subject to applicable defences. As it is, his advantadge is twofold over an enemy using traditional tech, because he both has more firepower and brings them to his level (sans shields).
Also, if they were submitted and approved prior to the R&D resubmit, then they should have been subject to that and reapproved by Dogman. That he never saw them worries me, because it then becomes entirely possible that they are at the standard of the previous administration, which may be above the level set by Dogman during the resubmit.

My plasma weapons bypass shields. I also have no missle weaponry and no lasers, so I have to target fighters or other agile vessels with fighters of my own or ion weaponry, which I believe does suffer effect from shields.
