i disagree Marth.
You know why i disagree?
i was here within 1-2 weeks of its inception. I've been involved with TRF ever since its damn inception. And i'll tell you, this is nothing like it used to be. NOTHING AT ALL. Sure htings wer ea bit stricter when OS was in charge. But it was FUN, and more than that it was fscking FRIENDLY. She says she doesn't know where she's supposed to post something and they start bithcing her out about legal jargon and Ezboard legal policies.

a simple "We'd prefer it if you didn't advertise non ezboards on this board" would have sufficed. But no. You had to go on and on abvbout Ezboard policy and Global banning, which both she and i are aware of.

So it occurs to me, that whatever it is now, it isn't like it used to be, thats a damn fact.

If you want to ban me for speaking the truth, do it, i don't care.

Yup, TRF is nothing like it used to be, thank goodness... Some of our best roleplayers now used to really suck when we first started :b now their ten times better... which also means they know more ways around the rules sometimes but hey, it keeps the Staff on it's toes...

And I don't know what board you used to be on to say there didn't use to be as much swearing, but it sure wasn't this one... The only differance now is the block list for swear words is larger so you see @!#$% more often instead of just the plain ole word..

Han. Simple solution. If you don't like it, leave. I'll never understand why people come to TRF to @#%$ about us... is some strange pleasure derived from it? Just plain old boredom?

It’s not that we prefer that you don’t advertise non-ezBoard services here, it’s that you cannot. It’s in the TOU that you said you agreed to when signing up for your account. The advertising of non-ezBoard services is prohibited on the ezBoard network. Go a few pages back, a couple weeks ago we had three or four people spam here – all are globally banned. Ezboard does not want off-network advertisements. The biggest reason for this would be the infamous @#%$ … er … o u t w a r service. Note how even the word itself is banned on ezBoard.

Sure. I could have kept silent, and let her continue on unknowingly to another board where the administration will do as Beff said, and simply fill out ezBoard’s handy-dandy complaint form.

Any way, this thread serves no point other than to continue to burn. If anyone still has a problem after this, just ezIm me and I’ll be happy to speak with you about it.
