The Viscount del Forza makes an interesting point about murderes walking free. In fact, he's telling me that there is a murderer walking free on one of our planets.

Probably so, but he's talking about on murderer who he claims killed Emperor Fearsons. Excuse me if I'm inocrrect, but is Fearsons not alive, and recovering? That means that this proaganda invention isn't even a murderer.

Keeping along those lines, Mr. del Forza, you preach that murderers should be brought to justice. I recomend you go and arrest your Emperor for the orders of the Imperial deaths over Fondor, and whereever else your incompitence and idiocy has cost life.

Or is it that the Rogue Empire is above such petty laws?

Under the aforementioned official statements made by the Jutraalian Empire, not once was it stated or implied that our Emperor had been assassinated, or that the criminal in question was a murderer. He is wanted for the capital crime of treason and attempted assassiation.

It is again requested that this man be presented to the Empire without delay.

Any action taken by the Jutraalian Empire in this matter will be due to Imperial Decree.

We also wish to state that we understand the retiscence of the Galactic Defense Initiative in turning over this man to us. Thus, we will send an unarmed Lambda-class Shuttle to Eriadu with one man aboard, without weapons. The criminal can be placed in the protective carrie in the aft o the shuttle, whence it will return to Jutraalian Space and end this unpleasant strain of dialogue.

Viscount, you have provided not a grain of evidence supporting the fact that the Emperor is even injured or ill, much less than a would-be assassin has been found on one of our planets.

Besides which, it is the ineptidue of your own security to have allowed this to happen. Viscount, if you can provide sufficent proof that this man attempted to murder the Emperor, I will look into it, and punish him accordingly... under the laws of the Galactic Defence Initiative.

Should this criminal exist, which I believe he does not, he will not be turned over to the Empire. Feel free to send a shuttle, it will be intercepted and detained under the Military Lockdown Act currently in operation on all Initiative-controlled worlds.

Emperor, I'd say it was good to see you, but that would be a lie. Now, you want me to hand over the man who murdered you?

You look very much alive to me, your eminence, and thus I should conclude that there was no murder, and therefor no murderer.

You contradict the Viscount del Forza who has said that the man in question was never referred to as a murderer.

You also have yet to provide any proof that anyone tried to kill you, much less that said person is on Eriadu. If such proof exists, which I doubt it does, do not hesitate to forward it to our headquarters.

In the event that this claim is true, said criminal will be aprehended and punished, again, under our laws. Rest assurred, your 'murderer', if he exists, will be punished.
