Marth: the "pattern" was not to say we captured or identified individual intelligence officers. It was simply a general descriptive indicating methods that would identify the existence of a competing (foreign) intelligence agency.
Naturally, with such knowledge you would find enemy intelligence agents.. I did say "most" but that is, of course, subjective.
The whole thing was to illustrate that Agamar was once an imp world.
I didn't mean to imply your whole "pad" thing was witnessed and catalogued.
Sorry bout that.
Griff: If you plan on attacking it then perhaps. Ships started and completed during an attack are not there until the status of the yard is determined, however, still under construction during an attack becomes playable (determined at how "complete" the ship is). There is a chance that an enemy may actually steal whatever ship is in the yard depending on it's construction progress or be destroyed.
To circumvent that, I decided to do something a bit novel. However, I will say that I do not consider the superlaser active since the ship has "not" fully been completed no matter how "close" it is to being done.
