Lance... this is what you do... create a character that you plan to RP and that you would enjoy RPing. Then... start RPing... have fun... explore your character... Then... if and only IF you decide to join a faction check them all out... if you want to be an Imperial Officer join the Empire (The New World - TNO)... if you want to be a "good guy" join a lightside faction... but be careful who you join if you decide to join a group. Basically being as you're new.. if you really are new and not just creating a new nickname... check things out and do what you think would be fun...
