No Gash, you don't encourage anything. You piss people off, you aggrivate people and do your best to demean them. By far, you don't encourage them. If the post had been made by Kas maybe, then I'd take it a different way. He at least doesn't go around attempting to be the biggest bastard he can be. Well, it was start with the best intentions - and points that I agree with (I think I am probably one of the few people here who doesn't partake in fleets/planet takeovers/etc). I think people just ended up taking things the wrong way.
