Snake sighed.

"I am an expert on infiltration and a Master of Teras Kasi."

He looked at Cairo.

"C'mon,I'll tell you all about it in the Officer's lounge."

Over the next few hours Snake told Cairo all about himself.She seemed to be interested...but even Snake couldn't tell.There was somthing about Cairo that intrigued him.She was beautiful and inteligent,in many ways she was alot like Jaina.Snake was fighing hard with himself not to think of her..but she was sitting right in front of him and it was imposible.

Snake bit back the feeling and asked

"So what about you.I know almost nothing about you"

Cairo sat, chin in palm, elbow on table; her eerie yet enthralling Bormean eyes on Snake. He was much nicer than Jai had said...<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> much<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> nicer.

Before she could answer, EJ commed. Cairo replied, "Heya Jadey. Everything's stable for now. But I'll keep you posted id anything happens." EJ replied a 'thanks' and Cairo cut transmisson, getting back to Snake.

"Anyways, back to what we were talking about.....um...oh yeah....Me? Well...I'm not so interesting."

"Oh. Come now. I told you my boreing story, now it's your turn."

She smiled, "I dont even know where to begin. Um...Well..for starters, my name isn't just Cairo."

Snake gave her a puzzled look.

"Its....<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Katrina<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> Cairo Solo." She rolled her eyes.

"I take it you don't like your first name?"

"I hate it! My uncle named me that. After one of his old girlfriends or something. But....Jai gave me my middle name, her and my mother picked it out. So, it means more to me than 'katrina' does."

She saw Snake smile slightly, amused with her ramblings...it was an awfully nice smile, even though it wasnt very obvious. Oh, he was so handsome, and chivalrous, and.....Wait! What was she thinking??! This was Snake she was thinking these things about!

Heck, they were barely going! She had only gone out with him twice. So, it wasn't wrong to like Snake...and how couldnt she?

She snapped out of her thinking to find Snake stareing at her. What was he looking at? <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Is there something on my face? In my teeth? Does my hair look bad...wait...its impossible for that mess to look good! ha!....so what is it? He couldn't possibly be just...looking....could he?<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->
That's when Cairo started to feel her cheeks get hot...she was blushing. <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Oh no! Ugh...figures.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

Cairo thought fast and tried to turn a normal shade, "So...how much longer till we reach Tatooine, Snake?"

Ok...now she knew. Something was up. Even though Cairo had only been talking to him for a few hours, she could tall that Snake didn't stutter...what was going on?

She had glanced away a moment to check her wristchrono, and looked back up at him, only to see something she never expected...

"Uh...Snake?"

"Yes?"

She hesitated, and then decided agianst telling him that he was a deep crimson red with blushing. She just flashed a all-too-familar smirk and said, "Oh...nothing."

Thier lips met softly and Cairo thought she was just going to melt. <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Minions of Xendor...he did!<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> She forgot how to think, how to breathe, all she could do was lean up a bit, close her eyes, and kiss back.

Cairo pushed up out of her chair leaning across the table, like he was, and kissed back agian. Her head swam like she had drank too much wine. She didn't want to stop, ever.

Being twenty and just getting your first kiss on the lips did seem rather pitiful when talking about a girl like Cairo...but she wasn't flirtatious and open like her big sister Jai, it took longer for her. But then agian, besides Snake, Rusty was the only guy who taken intrest in shy, quiet, introverted Cairo...she was hateing that she hadnt done this sooner...
