In the form of Imperial forces on the world, I imagine a squadron of the line to be stationed in orbit along with a platform or two, and probably a hundred thousand or so ground troops, perhaps more. This does not include the horrific number of civilian platforms, freighter traffic, etc. Remember, Thyferra is a production center, so there would be hustling and bustling round the clock.
