It says the ability to outfit their ships, it didn't say that they actually did it. Where is the thread that has the Yard time devoted to fitting the ships out with the Elite system?

From the Elite R&D:
Jan meant it and took it as all ships having it 5 days after the R&D time was over. That's what GC did. That's what ORS did. The R&D mods may not have understood it as such.
OOC:
The Elite Line is a combination of new R&Ds and system upgrades. R&D time is 20 days, and another 5 days to upgrade my fleet. All new ships will be using the Elite Line as well.
NOTE:
I am scrapping the rest of these R&Ds, there are just to many problems with them(do to my not quite understanding everything)
Elite Anti-Missile Defense System
The idea for the EAMDS was based on the Phalanx Anti-Missile Defense Network. It uses miniture lasers to target and destroy enemy missiles. The number of laser emplacements on a ship depends on it's size. The result of the EAMDS is that long range missile barrage will be reduced to 5% of the original volley, and any short range barrage will be reduced to 10% of the original volley. This system will be put onto all new ships being built and all current ships built.

No marth, we understood completely. GC Got to upgrade all its ships in 5 days. Something that is no longer being allowed in R&D's.
GC was allowed, not ORS. Don't think for a moment this is my biased opinion, becuase I can assure you, this comes from my mouth as an unbiased mod, wether you believe it or not.

I don't, but anyway. I read when it says shields 80% as as 80% shields. DOn't know hwo you got it where it was minus 80%.

It's says Damages 80% Sheilds. That reads to me as 80% Shield Damage. Maybe it reads to you as Damages 20% Shield, but it's not how it reads to me.
Your updrade is extremely questionable, and will more than likely come under staff reveiw.

THat's how I do my damages and it means the shields are at 80%.
