But They Never
I wouldn't be offended.

If you did it? Yes.
But then I'm not into the whole "unilateral decisions for a species; a megalomaniac homosexual perspective".

TDA. Just TDA.
it always makes me wonder what makes the human mind so cruel?
i am doing Religious Studies next year, and, as the entire module is about, it talks about good & evil, who is god etc etc...
quite simply, evil has to be part of our mind, dont you agree?

Sith Master
Everyone is different. I would have to review each case to make an intelligent analysis. Not just the conservative method of killing everyone or sending them to the moon.

Good and evil are both subjective, and not words I care to throw around aimlessly. I don't find anything excusable where child rape/molestation is concerned, but you need to take a look at the perpetrator's life and motivations before deeming them to be "evil" or whatnot.

Good and Evil are totally subjective; agreed.
Good and Evil have no place in any court of law. Period.
Good and Evil do not apply in terms of law; only their nearest counterparts apply and even then only in the most vague sense and these are, "Legal" and "Illegal".
Good and Evil are totally subjective and, the only time such factors should ever be involved in the process, is during rehabilitation... NOT the determination of punnishment or the justification of the event.
Let's not mix the Facts of Law with the Fancy of Philosphy.
Remember, those of ye proud Western World'ers "Justice is Blind".

The Slothful Padawan
I wonder if the teacher thought 'Wow, I'll have to remember that for next time....'

But They Never
I wonder if the teacher gave him an A.
