The leader of the Coalition is Dolash. As a rule we don't have any test or whatever all applicants are accepted. Granted we like to maintain a fairly high standard in our writing but I'm sure you'll do fine. If you wish to join the Coalition post in the Coalition sub-forums farther down the forum index. Also in your User CP there's a join member group option and you can join the Coalition member groups.
We at the coalition would be more than happy to answer any other questions you have concerning either TRF or GC.
