I had a sore throat of doom after the surgery (from where they stuck a tube down my chest), to the extent where I couldn't lie still for more than a few seconds at a time because of the pain. Ickyness.

All systems are go, so I'm now back to writing. Even the writing I'm doing for books for school is a little less pressing now, however, so I should be back here more often and increasingly so over the next few weeks!
