I vote for the Wampa-Taun. Cross bred Wampa and Taun-Taun. Basically a Wampa that can run a lot faster for a longer period of time.

Tauns Tauns gallop pretty fast once they get going. Out on the snowy surfaces, a Wampas feet are smaller and would dig into the snow more than a Taun-Taun. Plus I imagine they wouldn't be able to run for long distances without running out of breath soon.
