So Ahnk, now that it's morning, I'm going to say that though I disagree with the thought somewhat that Ruuvan couldn't figure out what an Arbiter does, if you want I will be fine with editing the post - just say the word. It's your technology, and I shouldn't be making judgements about what I could figure out or understand about it.
