I was in Calgary for Christmas, it was around +10 Celcius the whole time, only started getting cold at the end so it was annoying cause there was no snow (except for a bit on a dirt road and under a tree, other than that...). And it was Christmas in Canada. You expect snow (or maybe I just do cause I'm from Northern Ontario so we always have a decent amount of snow by Christmas).
