TJO, as a faction, is a non-fleet oriented group that maintains no note-worthy navy to mention... at least not in a Fleeting sense. As such that group of writers tend to use Storyline vessles that, as such, need no R&D type goofy-ness.

One could make the case for Ossus, but since the Rouge Jedi Order is kinda more or less inactive, the standard Jedi Order is all there is. And they have Naboo. I'm more thinking the Force Council is gonna be angered of your time jumping idea.

I have a passable explaination for that power and if they're not flexible enough for that then I can't see why they're allowed to supervise over a role-playing site that is meant for imaginative characters.

I can't really speak for the order as both Force Sensitive characters I have are only of the padawan rank, but if your explaination for your Force power is truely passible I don't see how it would be a problem.
If they were really uptight about it I wouldn't have been able to RP a recently banished 250K + old dark spirit that probably would have made Darth Sidious look like a padawan if I hadn't placed realistic limitations on it (the amount of power it could unleash was dependent on the strength of the body of the host it currently possessed).
The characters here may be imaginary, but we do expect people to be realistic about the abilities of their characters. If you want to know if your character's power would be exceptable or not, I'd suggest PMing Dolash or Milkshake, the two high ranking Jedi that are currently active. If you don't like their answer, sorry but I must be blunt: then this board is not for you.
As for the NSO, I don't know. As far as I know they are a dead faction unless a member says otherwise.
