You implied it. The best I've found is a high quality telesync and the Screener copy that leaked with and without the banner/timestamp. Both can be found if you catch me in private chambers. My space is private.
Either way, all three lag when compared to the eventual DVD.
An even better way to send a DVD is to rip the data, code as .ISO or whatever you like and seed on a torrent host. Share and share alike.
