Ya well on average while you sleep (whether you do with your mouth open or not) you will swallow 127,000 bugs in a five year period. And beside common household spiders are good every now and then to kill flies and other annoying bugs.

Well, spiders are disproportionatly powerful, with their venom. A 3 pound spider can kill a 300 pound man with ease. There is a reason to be fearful.

Hence I put that down, most of the venomous spiders won't attack you anyways unless you pisss them off.

That's not exactly true. It's hard to guage when a spider is "pissed off". It's not like he comes into a room and says "YOU'RE DEAD MOTHERFUCKER!" before he bites people, like gangbusters or whatnot.
Spiders, like all animals, have natural self defense instincts. And if you are percieved as a threat, they attack preemptively. You could just be sitting there and then reach for a cup that's a little too close to him, that sudden movement might be the last one you ever make.
