Actually I was planning on having him have a large fleet consisting of one super star destroyers and eight victroy class star destroyers
Sort of have him maybe terroriz the outer rim and then move further coreward as he learns more and more of the things that have happened in the galaxy
I'm not sure though- depends on where things go with him and how big the finaldescision on his fleet is

Actually, there were 12 Grand Admirals plus Thrawn, and all of them are documented and accounted for, so you can't just make up a Grand Admiral character.
And you don't just get a fleet of star destroyers at TRF. You need to be a part of a group. And there's no Imperial group here that is going to accept you as a Grand Admiral, I can tell you that.

there was one Grand Admiral who wasn't documented of course- not that I'm saying I'll RP as him but Thrawn wasn't listed until after Dark Force Rising
