I would suggest to just go ahead and RP your character as perhaps you had planned.

However if that involved any revolutions of the government or anything, I would suggest to at least put that on hold for a while.

In the meantime I shall try to dig up the relevant threads for Hapes so we can all get a better understanding of how things were left.

And Lup if your reading this, get your ass over to VC. :P
