Peragus is not totally blown up..... but its basically an asteroid field with a big planetoid thats missing a chunk out of it. The asteroids are mined for fuel, but happen to be highly explosive.
Manaan is home to the Selkath, and is almost totally covered by water. The water is filled with rich, Kolto, which is a medicinial substance along the lines of bacta. (I.E you get immersed in kolto, and get better.)

El mas chingon!
Something tells me someone will be claiming this planet because of it's medicinal value.
Are new planets with these kind of qualities allowed in play? Wasn't there something mentioned in the rules about new planets with similar benefits off-limits?

That depends. If KOTOR is a canon source, then yes. If it is not, then they would be considered made up planets, IE no.

El mas chingon!
So the question to debate is: are KOTOR planets canon and allowed in TRF?

I would say so, mainly because the game also includes confirmed canon planets such as Korriban, etc.

Jedi Masterwan ... ... Shaken, Not Stirred
Yeah, but theres something to be said for Manaan's threats to destroy the Kolto should they not be allowed to remain neutral.

True, Milkshake but that was how many centuries ago? The government may have had a change of heart nowadays. Perhaps Bacta replaced Kolto after a time and the planet went bankrupt..

fuck that duck
I think the medicinal value of said planet would be neutralized in our timeline irregardless - seeing as how the EU makes no mention whatsoever of this whatever it's called, and relies on Bacta instead.
I would conclude that they've run out since the events of KOTOR.
