...set up a perfect opportunity for one of "your guys" to tell some of "my guys" a little bit about what's going on here?

Actually, this is going to start happening.  I should have waited until I had written more but I wanted to post what I had written so far.

I have absolutely no issues with your writing. 

Remember, while you cannot actually talk to the attackers just yet, a DNA scan will reveal that the soldiers were a part of the Coalition Military serving aboard a Coalition warship.  So the soldiers are not entirely unknown and would have a record of their activity when the Confederation was a part of the Coalition.  So there are resources you can call on to find out more info on the attackers themselves.

See? That's why I only take unofficial leaves. Because when you go and announce that you aren't going to be around for a while, people start screwing with your stuff . . . even after you get back :)

Corise, you mean with all those takeovers you've done, you have not yet taken a planet where credits grow on trees?

If only.  Just wait, some months from now, an old timer TNOer like Lupercus or Hyfe will make a comeback, and find and take that planet, just to spite me. :P

lol... With your luck, it'll be Drayson and will claim the Cree'Ar takeover of Coruscant killed lightside sympathizers only and the Empire is as strong as it ever was and invade with a thousand ships built from all those thousands of systems that are indirectly influenced to be "pro-Imperial" by the 20 or so takeovers done in years past...   lol...

Also, I made a mistake. Apparently Ambassador Nova is on Varn and Genon at the same time. She was at the Cooperative facility when it was attacked, then later I made a post with her deciding not to evacuate the Cooperative embassy on Genon. Now, it did just occur to me that I could leave this as is, giving Omnae yet another clone (this time a Cooperative clone) to play with, but I think I'll edit the later post to remove the good ambassador.

Unless, Omnae, you really like the idea of having a Cooperative ambassador-clone for schemes (note: this may or may not be a trick)?

Was she at the Cooperative facility on Varn?  Ouch...  Did not catch that.

No.  I am working from a general story/outline in my head and it does not include Cooperative clones.  So you can either edit the name on Varn to be someone else, have Nova communicating with facility from Genon or make it someone else on Genon.

Though in my opinion, it makes it more dramatic (and make more sense) if it was Nova on Genon but I will work with whatever you do.
