Kraken... what purpose would that serve? Nobody cares what you call them, they just (rightfully) protest to your level of IC knowledge of their organization. Period.
That being said... obviously TNO is not aware of the Union and who its leaders are (save for Brutus, as you said). However, given that we are aware of the GLF and their size (financed by the Union), there is no small connection that could be made between Argo Inc., GLF, and from there a presence behind them both...
Obviously, this hasn't been done yet (IC), though Kaine is clearly working that angle in his RP. I'm not saying we know about the Union itself, but we certainly know (or are learning) that there is something behind the GLF.
Brutus' supposed death and reapparence, as well as the massive funding enjoyed by the GLF, are proof enough of that.

You notice how we say you don't know now....... not about discovering it in the future.
Obviously its in our best interest to stay secret as of yet. But to accomplish anything of magnitude, the Union will have to be revealed. Of course, just discovering its exsistance doesn't mean you know everything about a group. However, if anyone on TRF is going to realisticaly discover such connections, then Kaine be the man.
However Kracken I would ask you revise your post, so that it can be responded to in short order.
