Heir, multiply the number of days it takes to build by 100, and you have the total meters.

Remember, these are SYSTEMS, so if the count seems high (Gencore IIs at 2500), remember there are multiple emplacements across the planet.

I swear, Ive never seen a rule #1 for planetary defenses, just a chart....
Same here. I thought it was such a good deal, I could build all the Hypervelocity guns I wanted, and it didn't count against my meterage.

Dang, that rule needs to be bolded, or put underneath the chart, or something.

No worries, Raktus, I already counted the mines and have been added to the meterage a looooooooooong time ago.

But the Planetary Defenses? *blinks*

If that is the case, why isn't the cost of meterage not listed on the chart? I.E. Meterage cost for Ion Cannons, Gencores, KDY Turbolasers, etc?

Only the number of days it takes to build each defense is just listed.

What killed me is that I had built 8 Gencore II's which come to a total of: 20,000m

Suffice to say, I nearly choked on my Earl Grey.
