Is there proof in writing other than in this thread that you have begun the lockdown?

Rather irrelevant. Unless you have a prior RP stating that Kessel was locked down like this in preperation for your superweapon, it didn't happen. Now, if there wasn't an active RP involved in this, it would be different. But there is an RP involved, and Kyric did post in it quite tardily, uninvited, and his actions are quite fishy, and the reasons even fishier.

... you're issuing a lockdown in a thread that is in the far past of an event that has not even happened yet, IC or OOC. And this conveniently would prevent our RP from continuing.
