The Google toolbar blocks popups. However, that is not the issue, one should not need a plugin to perform a basic function such as that, it should be integrated into the browser, as it is with every other major browser but IE. You see, IE is designed for as an advertisement platform.
Now, functions like what I outlined in the original post should be done as a plugin, adding it to the core browser is just adding bloat that most people will not use.
And, AOL is overpriced.

I find AOL rather crap, i want BlueYonder Broadband because to me it's alot more reliable.

It's the same engine as Moz/Firebird, only it "uses native windows components (which Moz/FB doesn't", making it run faster.

Yeah, Vega, I've used Kmeleon before. I use mozilla's email client though.
