I've never touched the fallout editors, Ahnk. The only mod experience I have is the creation of seven or eight maps for Jedi Knight, the origional.

You don't need experience with the perticular program. Hell, I didn't when I started. I just need dedicated people who are interested in the game, any experience with modding or programming in general is just a bonus.
