With camera's flashing, and Holocam droids fluttering around her, she steps up to the Podium within Fountain Palace on Hapes. Clearing her throat, she answers a few questions from the Media, and then begins to speak.

"In response to threats made on Hapes citizens, and planets by The Rogue Empire, the Hapan Royal Family has sent the Royal Hapan Expeditionary Force, comprising of Dragon Fleet and its support units to the planet of Dreena as a gesture of good will between the Hapes Consortium, and our close friends and allies, the Divine Order. In order to protect Dreena from a potential threat from Rogue Empire forces, the Dragon fleet will be stationed in a defensive means around the planet of Dreena, and will remain there until the matter is resolved."

Stepping down from the Podium, the Secretary of State returned to the Security Council rooms of the Fountain Palace.
