Actually, the allowance for modification for carrying the fighters was written in the fighter R&D.


Please link me to any mention you've made of Tibannopolis. I think this is most certainly one of those moments were 'not having posted something constitutes nothing happens' in a similar way to not posting sheilds raised means you're sheilds aren't raised.

Actually, as far as the shield thing goes, it doesn't matter, your shields are up due to Kas's ruling in the first Mechis thread.
