Perhaps I was high, perhaps I was not... But I approved this thing with the understanding that Drayson had previously put forth. It may have been an oversight to allow the numbers the way they work, but... Them's the breaks. Recall the R&D if you don't like it.
I suppose it could be seen as unfair, but then many people said the very same thing about two very controversial gunships which ended up re-edited on the block. No names named.
That's just my useless opinion.
