*Han cocked an eyebrow, and looked the sith up and down. Snack stood fairly motionless, showing no emotion.*

"Well, if you don't plan on killing me here and now, which we have both decided that obviously you are the stronger, and the better fighter between us, that means only one thing to me. You have a greater purpose in mind for me, or i'd be dead already, especially for killing your pupil's pupil." Han smiled.

"Although i did not know you had turned my own twin agianst me, i knew all about his training with his former master, who i did kill when he challenged me. That is why he went to Zeta. But perhaps you did not know that. Regardless, as i previously stated, i would be dead if you did not have some purpose in keeping me alive, so let's hear it." Han stated this matter of factly, staring Snack down, trying to make himself look more confident than he truly was.

Verifix Jedi Temple, Ossus

Death...

The vision swam before him, and Gash Jiren's brows furrowed as his senses were assaulted with the stench of death and pain. He held the vision, though, keeping it within his grasp and staving off revulsion long enough to understand it. His eyes clenched even tighter shut, and he began to sweat with the effort expended.

It was not so much a single, clear picture as it was a variety of senses, both in the Force and to the Rogue Jedi Master's five senses. The sensation of great pain was pervasive, the vision of flame and the raw anger of a pure hatred. And, the nucleus of these troubles.

Han Skywalker.

The turbulent young man seemed to be crumbling under the onslaught of hatred and rage, a destructive tidal wave rippling through him and his presence in the Force. He bordered so close to the Dark Side, that his being a Rogue Jedi endangered him... he saught Organa Solo. Gash smiled. Wise.

And yet, despite Han's intelligent decision, the vision bore the echo of the past, while hinting at something more foreboding in the future. Gash coaxed it there, not forcing it, but nudging the meditation towards the future of this string of time.

Darkness. And, if it was possible, something darker on the peripheral...

Gash's eyes snapped open, no longer able to hold the concentration. Han Skywalker was teetering on something dangerous beyond his comprehension, bordering on the Dark Side. To the side of the vision, something even more insidious and sinister had been present, something taunting Gash's insight into the events.

He tried to recall the visual of the meditation, but it was gone -- it had slipped away, like a dream in the waking hours.

And yet, one thing remained, even without the memory.

The taunting, mocking tone of a dark force, pushing these events to an ever darker fate. Gash spoke aloud, as if the words would bring him further insight. "Skywalker has been tempted by his own rage, by the events of his life. He has a choice."

Gash exhaled, glancing about the deserted chamber. "One I fear he is not making by himself."

"Who said I don't want to kill you? I like to play with my food before I eat it... especially when the platter being served to me is of the Jedi variety..."

Snack hit on something. He could see past Han's facade into the trembling and scared soul of a young boy. And that fear he had had proven to make him more powerful than what he already was.

"No, you're right. You've given the Jedi a bad name for your action here. You don't deserve to be a Jedi."

Snack kept his gaze unflinching on Han's. Toying with the boy's mind was fun. And it was only a matter of time before the toying would snap whatever sensibility Skywalker had.

Han thought about what Snack had just said, and even though he knew it to be true, he tried to fight it. Being a jedi was his life. What would he do now. He also knew that Snack was trying to play him for a fool, but he could not stop him. Han had three choices as he saw it.
1. Strike at Snack
2. Run
3. Keep listening to see where snack was going with this.

option 1 meant for sure that he would never be a jedi again. Option two had more of the same result.
Option 3 promoted teh most promise, and the most merit, as the fact that Snack had not killed him yet meant that Snack needed, or wanted him, for something. until he found out what this was, he would go along with Snack.

"Ok, so i don't deserve to be a jedi, so you say. Well then, what option are you offering me? Because i'm damn confused right about now."
