The TIEs followed the quantum armored craft into the atmopshere, as did the assault shuttles trailing them for added fire support.

Oddly, the freightor did not stop by any cloning facilities whatsoever. Instead, it proceeded to aplatform where government offices were located and blew it from the water.

Thereafter, it turned from its path, ascended into the atmosphere, and was gone, having amazingly outrun the TIE Defenders in the process.

Not a shot was fired.

And that left the Grand Inquisitor to wonder a great many things.
