Doubtful.

On most of the points above I agree with him. If you let it, this world will kill every creative and idealistic bone in your body. Most lack the personal conviction or confidence to be different, and most of those who have it lack the intelligence to make use of that difference.

However, if you are of above average intelligence, or at the very least average intelligence, and you contain the intestinal fortitude, you can make your mark on this world. However, for the masses I would suggest accepting your fate early and not rocking the boat. To many stupid people end up on the streets or worse because of that one "great idea" they had with no idea the work or intelligence it would take to bring it to fruition.
