Yes, but perhaps that persona suits a common member better than an admin, who is supposed to be keeping such things in check....
An admin acting in such a way also is excellent at setting such precedents with the members of the board, and horrible at controlling the results of those precedents as well, as someone who shares that thought recently reminded me.
