Yeah, the Jedi Order forums are leftovers from the old Order from way back. As it stands, training is a more informal process that usually takes place within the Battlegrounds, although there is no set guideline or specific forum. First priority would probably be to find a trainer.

As far as Jedi go? At the moment, Ahnk, Dolash, Tyscio (Omnae), or myself are pretty much the only Jedi of proper status to take on an apprentice. Irtar is on the way, and I suppose Frakutsk is also of status, but he hasn't been very active even in OOC terms. From what I know, Adrian Ravenna isn't quite there yet, is he? I regret to say I haven't been following Corise's storyline involving the Confederation Jedi quite as closely as I would like.

For serious, the Jedi Enclave is active and always looking for potential recruits. We currently operate out of Ossus, once shining jewel of the now-defunct New Republic, and one of the few bright Lights remaining in a very dark galaxy.
Oh, so is THAT what happened with that.
I suppose Frakutsk is also of status, but he hasn't been very active even in OOC terms.
