Bandor, just to give you a heads up: I am working on a post and it will be up within the next few days. Contract for the house was approved by the seller and I have to go over with a home inspector tomorrow morning to get a professional's opinion of the house to see if it's worth my investment.
If we agree that we can live with whatever condition the house is in, then it's just up to being approved for the loan.
Getting quotes for house insurance now..
