fuck that duck
Aliens? I know C&C has always toed the line a bit with science fiction (okay, mind control and time travel in RAII crossed it), but aliens? Really? I just have trouble seeing an alien invasion as having a place in Command and Conquer...

The Slothful Padawan
Tiberium Sun had aliens. >_>

Blink If You Can Hear Me
Uh, C&C has two different lines: Red Alert, which is more based in a present/immediate future setting with Russians and Americans, and the Tiberian Wars storyline, with mutated plants, cyborgs, and aliens.

Something Wicked This Way Comes
For the record, C&C TD (Tiberian Dawn, or the original for those not in the know) did have naval assets. There was a gunboat that would sail around on certain misisons and then the LCAC.
As far as C&C3 goes, the only thing that saddens me is the lack of Klepacki. How are the music tracks in the third one?

Red Alert 2 had proper, buildable naval assets. Which kicked ass, btw! Still one of my favourite games. As for Tiberium Sun... it's been a while since I played it. I remember the cyborgs, but don't recall the aliens. Very good, then.

Minister of Defence
RA 1 you could build naval assets as well (cruisers, destroyers, gunboats for allied, submarines and missile submarines for Soviets).

Kneel Before Zod!
I still play C&C Tiberian Sun so I'll be picking this game up, probably this weekend.

Back with a Vengeance
Ah yes RAII. I will never forget the time that I had a might fleet of Soviet missile dreadnoughts. Something like 40-50 of them. Then my mother called me out to help her, and I forgot to pause the game. When I got back, Tanya was finishing off the last of my dreadnoughts.
But I flushed the bitch of her intestines with my toxins.

CSA: I didn't play really any of the games with Klepacki, but word is the music tracks in C&C3 are a weak point.

Beff Pike:
There's funny.
And then there's asshole.
You earned it.

Something Wicked This Way Comes
Klepacki wrote the music for all but Generals and 3, IIRC.
