For the record, there is a timeline, insofar as the Imperial Navy is concerned.
The initial responding force, set in motion by failsafes and by operational guidelines, got underway on receiving the Order. The Imperial task force arrived approximately one half hour after the Crimson Emperor and the crusade forces arrived and launched their assault on Xa Fel.
One and a half hours later, exactly two hours after the CE arrived and Xa Fel was attacked, Admiral Thomas' squadron will arrive, a larger less ad hoc formation than the remote-stationed garrison force. That will roughly signify the closing of the thread.

You'll notice I've posted in Homecoming.
I'm choosing to believe that this thread is set after the Naboo thread - and therefore after Ithron's duel with Zark. That duel (and the aftermath, which I won't go into) is a key part of Ithron's advancement to Knight. Thus, IC, Ithron is in the process of becoming a full fledged Knight - on Naboo he learned the lessons he needs to advance. He's learning and while he's still an Apprentice, he's one who's in the grey border country between Apprentice and Knight.
Obviously, since that's not been written yet, Ithron is, OOC, an Apprentice still. (i.e. I've not been authorised to increase Ithron's rank until *after* Naboo - which is right and proper and not a problem).
I plan to write Ithron as developing beyond the confines of an Apprentice and having a comparable level of ability - else the continuity won't make sense. Of course, he won't be the level of a 'proper' Knight.
I'm just informing everyone of this, so nobody wonders what's going on and what I'm doing. I'm not going to use this as an excuse to godmode (and I realise "Sith godmoding" is sensitive subject in this thread!) - simply to keep continuity with my character.
If anyone has any issues with this, please PM them through or bring them up in this thread!
