Those posts exchanged by Simon and Dolash were all non-combat.

Wow, you guys sure get up in arms when we do anything beyond moving and dying. Come one, already, some of the points were admittedly iffy, but so has been a lot of stuff you guys have done, and have you EVER lost an argument yet? You've done plenty of things that I could have argued, but I either didn't or gave in, becuase I thought that by doing so, I would help bring back the politness and cameradie into the thread since Jan's leaving. It was even working, until now.Playing that angle makes you look really shitty, Dolash. It's a cheap stance to take.
First about the massive missile volley. In an earlier post, as I twiddled my thumbs and inevitibly found out that I happened to not be in hyperspace for some reason, I stated that we were "Preparing for the first volley." Now, if every fighter in the first (or nearly every fighter) had one missile launcher, lus the hundreds mounted on the various ships, I eyeballed the manifest and guessed we'd have thousands of turrets with missiles. If every one fired one missile, it'd be like 5,000+ missiles.A) I don't see it. Sorry, Dolash, I've looked everywhere, here, and I just don't see you ordering that.
Second, I altered my post ever so slightly. I said only one Large Capital Class vessel (a viscount) self-destructed and the others were inhaled in the blast, and their heavy damage inevitibly caused them to explode too. On the ship where Ton was "ejected" I was pretty sure it was still not completely taken. I thought either I blew them or you took them, and I chose to blow 'em. Damn, it's only one missed oppourtunity, let it go. Please? If you want, just ignoe the damages against you. But I ask that my own craft be inhaled.Dolash, dude, the issue was never the fact that you blew up your own ships. It's that you blew them up and basically destroyed an entire Imperial fleet, which is to say you basically rammed them but used different terms to describe it.
Third, feel free to notice the stealth intruders because of their "Debries Trails" or whatever. You knew they were there, Simon aknowledged them. What was the shipyard crew supposed to do? Communications are jammed, they have no one defending them. If you want I'll edit it to say they spoted incoming "Debries trails" before the attack. But it is irrelevent. We said they were heading that way, they were not being bothered, why go "Don't forget to shoot these guys!" by mentioning them after they have been recognized? The fact is you didn't mention them or what they were doing, so you didn't really give us that chance.
Fourth. The damages caused by the missiles. I was just being logical. The first battled through the Anvil to get to the Reign because it appeared to lead the Corellian Defence. You guys constantly seem to underestimate the size of these two (well, one now) fleets. They're HUGE compared to the others. And one of them, firing a well-aimed and well-prepared volley of missiles, at a wounded and surprised foe? You guys have racked up more ridiculous damage totals in the earlier rounds, be fair. They're probably overboard, yes, but I'd be willing to let that go if the bit about load-and-fire was observed to my satisfaction and the self-destruct @#%$ wasn't used.
Anyways, I will relent. Inevitibly nothing I say matters, as it will follow the formula of the earlier arguments. I will post, using what feeble tactics my sadly pathetic mind could muster. You will descend like an angry swearing wave upon it and pick out each thing, then insist its' removal. I will try to defend my actions, but I will be met with more hostility and threats. Then either I give in or Kas will be summoned, and I will either way be defeated and my post edited down to the simple "I fire and wait another turn". I will even write an edited version up for when this inevitibly occurs. Why don't I just stop trying to win, eh? And stand around until all my men are dead so I can say "Good work, oh well."Please, Dolash, give everyone here a break.
