From a secondary entrance to the room, Jander returned, an almost tangible look of nostalgia emanating from his chitinous facial features. The black-cloaked Gand had slipped away after Jaina and Terex has left the Sabacc game. Like Sheridan, Sunstar was doing a lot of thinking about his past, and he couldn't help but take a trip back to where he'd been the last time he'd made the trip to Naboo. To tell the truth, Jander didn't even remember why he and the others had come here, but like usual it ended in combat. Most things during that period of his life then did, a trend that continued far too often to this day.
He'd seen the fireworks as he'd walked through the streets, and admired them for thier beauty, as he did many other things. But his mind at the time had been on the past. Returning, he saw the dancing. By far, the two smugglers had stolen the floor, and Sunstar made a mental note to remember the moment. A part of his mind wondered about the two of them, Mrs. Darklighter was married, but that thought quickly past. No doubt it was a part of her that was Solo, the scoundrel inherited from her father. He shook his head, and presented a soft Gand version of a lopsided smile.
From across the room he saw John, eyes closed and deep in thought of some sort or another as the man always seemed to be. Ever so slowly, the Gand kept getting stuck in some sort of chit-chat or another with the other party attendees. Finally he escaped the mobs of diplomats, politicians, and press to reach the bar once again. Moving smoothly and silently as always, he took a seat at a stool next to the aged human and waited for his contemplation to end.
