It's a stupid rule... if the group has already taken the planet, with all the other OOC rules being met, what purpose does waiting a week before adding it to this list achieve? It's an inconvience to the group, especcially since (if the writer desires to start another takeover immediatly), it can potentially produce a massive backlog of planets that need to be added, with only one being added per week to meet this rule.

With your production capacity and member list you could easily add 1 million meters of ships then a week. This would make you (more) untouchable, and then again the next week, and then again the next week, and then again the next week, and then again the next week, until there was no fucking point of having ships at all and we had a fleet restart.
You've just asked for four planets. If Omnae adds one more, that's an ESD. I don't see why asking you to wait is stupid. It's more illogical to let you continue growing exponentially by the day, unbalancing the game.

I dunno, the Imperial Member List seems to have dwindled a bit. Sure, they could call in a few quasi-active members like Chau and Telan in an emergancy like a life-threatening war, but the only people I ever see really frequenting the board for their faction any more is Drayson and Kraken. Even Simon is a bit infrequent these days.
