The Rebel Faction

The New Order will cease all hostilities towards The Jutraalian Empire under the following terms. These terms are non-negotiable. Failure to comply will result in extreme hostilities that will not falter until these terms are met or Rogue Imperial forces are in shambles.

Despayre is to be a demilitarized planet. Weapons inspectors from GDI, TNO and the NR to be allowed to pass through at any given time.

Hoth is to be a demilitarized planet. Weapons inspectors from GDI, TNO and the NR to be allowed to pass through at any given time.

Bespin goes to CI

Averam goes to the NR
Obroa-Skai goes to the NR

Sluis Van goes to TNO
Yaga Minor goes to TNO
Borleias goes to TNO
Myrkr goes to TNO
Chandrila goes to TNO

Ylesia goes to the MCR

All other planets will remain under the control of The Jutraalian Empire.

All warships which cannot be maintained by the Juutralian Empire due to loss of planets and diminished ship capacity, meaning all but 450 TJE capital ships, to be surrendered.

Each group that was militarily involved gets a percentage of surrendered ships.

These are the terms of the New Order.

I might add that requesting TTR to pay is, in effect, asking IDTech to pay for their war fees. That is unacceptable. I request that for the cost of deployment of the TNO fleet, the likewise deployment of a TJE fleet was also enacted, saving TNO additional wartime costs of pulling additional fleet surplus from drydock. That these saved credits be used to pay of any debit owed by TTR.

The Tholatin Republic is responsible for their acts of aggression, and will pay reparations. If IDTech feels that they are being treated unfairly, then they are free to disengage their relationship with the Empire at any time. Perhaps they will find another military entity which will snatch them a victory from the jaws of defeat and allow them to grow without risk of attack.

Or perhaps the Empire is the only group out there that would protect IDTech while it was being strangled in its cradle.

The Tholatin Republic will pay its reparations, and we will expect the fees to be payed in full and on time. Let it be known that if you aid Warlord Fearsons in his war of death, deceit and destruction, that the galaxy shall have its revenge on you.

It is because of the Tholatin Republic's apparent penitence that its punishment is not a great deal harsher. Had it not surrendered to IDTech and thrown itself on the mercy of the Empire, it might very well be facing a regime change this instant.
