Before you continue on with your RPs that seem to glamour about the dictation of other people's actions, I'd like you to refer to one little tiny quote within my post, perhaps you should consider actually reading these things before deciding for me what I fired upon or what I have done.

If you have an issue, simply state it and let staff deal with it. I have said numerous times in the past, snide and assinine comments will only result in the staff taking a poor view of you, personally, and that can't have a good impact on how we rule on issues involving you.

No assinine or snide comments Mr. Darksword. There's nothing here that needs staff doing or the sort, but as Drayson refuses to sign onto AIM and won't respond or even acknowledge PMs, I'm finding precious few ways to contact them.

You've never PMed me, and you've never tried to talk to me on AIM. If you talk to people like Lupercus, Gue, or Kyric (who are on on a regular basis) I am on every night.

That simply makes you a liar.

Oh, and by the way. If you would check TNO's planetary defence manifests, you would see that Abregado-rae does not have a global shield of any sort.

Therefor, what you fired on was not a shield generator. It was a civilian target.

I was going by this specifically. You captured it, on the planet, not long ago. What exactly happened to it then? You stated nothing contrary in the RP. I attacked that which you captured.

Or are you trying to tell me that you completely dismantled it and left the people of Abregado-rae unshielded in a planet you knew was to be imminently counter striked?

You've never PMed me, and you've never tried to talk to me on AIM.

I've attempted to PM you many times, it's very possible however they never went through or my laptop then was being buggy and laggy and they weren't officially sent. It doesn't mean I haven't tried.

And I have, several times, sat on AIM trying to speak specifically with you, but I never saw you sign on.

If you talk to people like Lupercus, Gue, or Kyric (who are on on a regular basis) I am on every night.

Or it means I don't see you on, you have a certain setting on AIM that blocks people who aren't on your buddy list, or the like. It doesn't mean I'm a liar, it means I have yet to see you on AIM.

Therefor, what you fired on was not a shield generator. It was a civilian target.

Your logic is flawed on many levels.

1) I am firing on a shield generator you just recently captured in battle.

2) If it was not there, you were to state so in the RP, not make my ships fire on what you wanted them to fire on instead.

3) Absence of a military target doesn't make a civilian target the one being fired on. Neither myself nor the GC would ever put military installations inside of civilian cities. So, at best, I was firing upon where the shield generator should have been.

Well, he is on every night. Usually. Mostly he comes on late though, like after 10 PM est.

Ohh that would explain it, I'm usually not online, or wrapping up by then. Though those few times I was on, I didn't see him.

Per chance, could he have others who aren't on his list blocked? Or am I just that unlucky?

The shield was captured, but is no longer there. I'm sure you can draw a conclusion from that.

But where you "think" the shield generator was, was a civilian target. Therefor, you purposefully targeted a civilian structure.
