doesnt mattar really Zark, all hes doing by trying to balk me is increasing the word count. His units are completely NPC, disregardable and meaningless. He can nothing to overall hinder my efforts, and I could kill all his people in a single post if I felt so willing.

It can hurt your troops, but not your OOC assets. Think of it as something similar to what Drayson did in his terrorist attack on Tholatin. I can use them as they are still there. I just can't do anything to his OOC assets that were built.
