Return of the King of the Cafe!
In about october it'll have been two years since I first joined TRF and created the Azguards, and I decided that since we're a fair and understanding people, we should be democratic and have elections.

So, simply put, when October rolls around, I'm gonna defend my title as head of the Azguardians against all comers, and have worked out a system to allow for democracy in TRF:

I need AT LEAST one person to help me by playing the voting public. After every "Round" of the election campaign, who ever is playing the public (or whoever is playing that part of the public, if more then one person was interested in the role) declares how much of the population is leaning towards certain candidates.

There will be NPC candidates, played by me along with Regrad, and the person(s) playing the public could well pick one of them, if they thought the people would preffer him as their leader.

Also, anyone who wants to run against me can either use an existing character (Azguard elections don't say you have to be an Azguardian to run) or create one. If there are more player candidates then me interested in trying to win the Azguards off me, then we each take turns (like in a fleet battle) declaring what our campaign is doing to win voters over, and then whoever is playing the public will say the reaction of the people.

Whoever wins, will take my place (unless I win) as head of the Azguardians in the Coalition. This doesn't mean I won't keep playing as a commanding figure in the Coalition, but I would lose my position as "High Lord". If an NPC I made wins, I'll still be in control but I'll not be playing Regrad as High Lord, I'll be playing the winner. However I will still be playing Regrad too.

Now, I don't HAVE to do this, of course, but it would be unfair to the people of the Coalition not to give them a fair chance to pick their leaders and I urge other TRF members to invent similar systems for your own re-elections.

This is a good time because Kas is so up-tight you could stick a coal up his ass and in two weeks you would have a diamond.

If anyone tries to run against me, their houses will be consumed by mysterious fires, and we will suddenly have a terroist cell that goes around and plants landspeeder bombs.

Actually, to be frank, october is a long way away. I'll probably bump it to a closer month, like March or April. Not as traditional but I hate waiting for things to happen.

I think I'll have one of my Commodores run as well. William Harrier, maybe.
