It was a magnificent crafted structure with a slight resemblance to the Mon Calamarian Star Cruisers. It had a bumpy surface, bumpy but smooth. Ackbar City was meant to resemble an MC-300 abttlecruiser, because of the cruicial role that they played for MCR. In the center of the city, there was a statue tof Ackbar that stood over 200 feet tall. It was sculpted in his honour, for he was a hero to the Mon Cals, and was built of a rare stone found deep on the ocean floors of the Calamarian oceans. The stone was nearly indestructable, but very rare.
Teebo switched on the comm unit and said "Wavespeeder A-457 requesting docking coordinates." and waited patiently.
A gravelly Mon Cal voice replied "Permission granted." and transmitted the coordinates.
Teebo thanked the Mon Cal and cut the transmission. He flew the wavespeeder over and disembarked onto the city.
------------------
When he got to the center of the city, at the statue of Ackbar, he saw that there were hundreds, no thousands of Mon Cals there. They were turned towards the other entrance as if waiting for someone, and Teebo thought that he knew who.
He approahed an older Mon Cal in the back of the crowd and asked "What's everyone doing here? Are they waiting for someone?"
"Yes", the Mon Cal replied. "we're waiting for Emperor Teebo. He should be arriving any minute now."
Teebo chuckled, and the Mon Cal turned his head towards him. The Mon Cal gasped. "You-You're-"
"Yes, yes, I'm him." Teebo said. Several of the people nearby had glanced over as well, and they also made a gasp. As Teebo watched, it looked as if a giant ripple was moving through the crowd as they al began to realize he was there and turn towards him. The Mon Cal beside him made a gurgling noise in his throat, as if he couldn't speak, and motioned Teebo to a rasied platform. Teebo walked over and mounted it. The crowd was totally silent now waiting for him to speak.
"How nice it is to be among fellow Mon Cals again." he paused, and several in the crowd cheered. "I have been away from home for far too long, but I promise you that I will never surrender the planet again." More cheers. "We have may more ships, and as you can tell, a large protion of them are defending here, with the others ready to be called in immediatately. I won't ever abandone you again." Even more cheers. "But now, I have some personal bussiness to attend , so if you'll excuse me..."
He stepped down off of the platform, and the crowd parted to let him pass. He walked out of the square, and took a turbolift down to the diving area.
--------------
Several minutes later he was dressed in a watewr proof divers suit, with one of the symbiote membranes for breathing pressed over his face. He swam through the waters of Calamari gracefully, using smoth, powerful strokes to propel himself. He could have used one of the jets, but it had been so long since he had swam in the deep waters, and felt the joy and freedom, so he chose to go without. He swam for a long time, going deeper and deeper. Finally, in the distance he saw is destination.
Severl hundred metres ahead of him he saw a cluster of caves jutting from the ocean floor. He felt out through the force, and sure enough, he could feel his old friend's presence, someone he had not seen for a long time.
Too long Teebo thought. His friend had came to Calamari and hid in those caves because he was ashamed of his cations, and had seen many deaths in his lifetime.
Teebo swam up to the cave, and manuvered into the opening. Once he got in he pulled himself up and out of the water with his muscular arms. He stripped off his equipment, and hurried down the rocky entrance. As he got to the end, the cave opened up into a larger area, and he saw a Mon Cal nearby, laying down on a small but comfortable looking bed. Teebo went over and sat in a chair, waiting for his old friend to wake up.
----------
Several hours later, the sleeping Mon Cal stirred and opened his eyes. He looked around the room, and saw A Mon Cal sitting in his chair with his back faced to the bed. Something about the Mon Cals posture reminded him of something. The Mon Cal turned to face him, and his heart leaped into his throat. It was Teebo.
"Snowkan!" Teebo said, and embraced him. "It's nice to see you again." He let Snowkan go and stepped back, s if to get a good view of him."How are you?"
"Good." Snowkan replied. "If you're here, does that mean..."
"Yes, it's ours again, finally. It's so good to be home."
"Why did you come to see me? I made MCR the laughingsotck of the galaxy." Snowkan said, with sorrow in his voice.
"Because you're my friend, and nothing can change that."
"I should have died," Snowkan said, very quitely, "I should have died. It would have been better than this torture. I still do not understand how I survived."
"You survived because you were not meant to die yet." he paused. "You still have many great things to do."
Snowkan looked away, so that Teebo couldn't see the look on his face.
"If you're going to ask me to come back, I won't."
