"For the last time, what are the damn codes?" <font color=blue> the Chiss demanded, narrowed his glowing eyes dangerously at the captured Freedom Guard whom was tied boundlessly to a chair. They had been interrogating for hours to simply no avail, and it was beginning to anger the Sith Apprentice.</font>

"I don't...know."

"That is a lie and you know it!"<font color=blue> Velil screamed, swinging the back of his indigo hand against the paling man's cheek bone.</font

"What is the code to lower the Wayland defense shields?"

"I...I don't know,"<font color=blue> the man coughed again, this time vomitting up blood, resting his chin against his chest. There was no progress, and the Chiss-Sith could see this. Rather he drew one of his many daggers and ended the man's misery with a quick, gash to the throat. Blood sprayed out menacingly out against his blue face, and thus he knew it would take more.

Aboard his borrowed Victory-Class Star Destroyer he had nicknamed the Avenging Wind, the prisoner had been tortured, questioned, and beat for hours on end, and not once did he even hint the codes to deactivate the shields. It was thoroughly annoying. Rather, he would have to do it the hard way.

Turning and wiping the blood from his face, Velil made off toward the bridge of his Star Destroyer, glaring at those men lent to him as he passed, but keeping a strong Force-link with them as he passed. When he finally made to the bridge, he smiled ominously.

Coordinates...Wayland.</font>



Four Hours Ahead


<font color=red>His Victory-Class Star Destroyer lingered lazily out of hyperspace, receiving a warm welcoming of embodding stars speckling the black of space. He peered out like a captain of a pirate ship, sailing the seas awaiting foreboding treasure.

Ahead of him was the beautiful planet of Wayland, reeling in it all its beauty. Along with it, were the convoy ships...the craft that were expected to haul in the planet's booty. Those were what the turbolasers had locked onto, and were already being blasted and torn apart by.</font>

<font color=blue>The New Alliance had a reputation of entering all their defenses at one moment at the slightest sign of trouble, and it truly showed here. The Chiss was forced to prowl his fingers across his face, searching the flesh. In thought he pondered when an alarm suddenly sounded amidst the Star Destroyer, indicating a prisoner had escaped...the other Freedom Guardsman. He narrowed his eyes dangerously and grabbed one of the officers passing by by the color, lifting him dangerously toward him.</font>

"What is going on?"<font color=blue> he hissed dangerously, holding him menacingly close to his snarling teeth.</font>

"I-It appears a...a prisoner has escaped sir,"<font color=blue> the man stuttered out. A sudden burst of anger radiated off of him like a raging waterfall, and then...it simply ended.</font>

"I see..."<font color=blue>he snarled with a delightfully wicked hiss.</font> "Let him go."




<font color=red>The pilot at the controls of the stolen shuttle tried frantically to keep his nervousness down, but his attempts thus far had failed miserably. His body had gone into a full convulsion of fear as his hands gripped the controls of the Lambda-Class Shuttle's yoke stick, trying somehow to reach the surface.</font>

"This is shuttle Hateful Pride someone come in, someone please, I need to land, I need to get away from these Sith...anyone come in, PLEASE! Lower the shield, I need to get down there!"

<font color=blue>With the shuttle detonated, the plan was into full affect. The tiny, noxious spores that were placed into the ship's main reactor spread out, the tiny, radioactive atoms spraying across the shield that had been produced with a blanket if tiny, green dots. These tiny green dots slowly began eating away at the super powered shield generator.</font>

"Excellent...the fools took in a hostage and thus destroyed their shield generator..."<font color=blue> Velil chortled with a less than sympathetic laugh. The New Alliance fighters were quickly responding to the Sith craft, and in no time at all they would be firing rapidly, as was the Victory-Class Star Destroyer on the convoy ships attempting to trade with the terrorist New Alliance.

When the shield had gone up, several transports attempting to enter had gone up in flames from the unexpected, and unwarranted entrance of the gencore shield, thus literally abolishing the ships around them.

Velil now had a new plan. Glancing down at a datapad offered to him, he found a perfect squared nucleous that would make a perfect entrance point for the Sith.</font>

"Can you get me in there?"<font color=blue> he demanded of his subordinate, who was forced to ponder on it for a moment.</font>

"Aye we can my lord, it will be difficult, but we can."

You shall you mean.

<font color=red>The tiny, radio active meanites would do very little for the Star Destroyer and her crew, but two of the Firespray-Class Patrol Craft and the raining meteor were perfect provisions to enter the small square of entrance. As the three craft passed through the border and the Alliance ships made their way against the Star Destroyer, the ship had already entered hyperspace.

Meanwhile, Velil was forced to use the Force to keep from smashing into the side of the shield that was slowly closing around him. He gritted his pale white teeth and gripped hard on the "controls" of his spinning "meteor".

For several moments he spun downward until finally he had exitted past the shield, as did his two Firesprays. In an instant, he was smashed into the ground approximately five klicks out from one of the major cities, Delta-Ridge, and the shield was closed yet again.

All the while the Firesprays mocked the Alliance craft trapped beyond the shield generators.</font>

OOC:TTT- I think that I well take 72 hour rule privilidge with this attack since you chose not to continue.

IC: The Defender Star Destroyer had proven too much for the VSD. The ship is a hulk floating in the bauls of space. Although the two ships were almost the same size the Defender has the capabilities befiting a Mark 3 Imperial Class Star Destroyer.

The small Victory Star Destroyer had tried to run but to no avail. Tie Defenders bombed the shieds allready weakened by a shot from the surface Based turbo laser. Tie missle boats deliver ever more Ion fire combined with salvos of Cuncussion and proton torpedo fire. Leveling the ships sheilds and knocking out the ships engines. The attack had lasted less then 2 minutes so far and the Abolisher was still preventing what could be the ships only means of escape into hyper space.

The CLF forces moved to take the ship. The 3 Gamma class shuttles were the first to cut into the hull in order. Too enter. Each shuttle had a boarding party of 15 storm troopers 5 dark trooper phase 3 exosuits and 20 space troopers. Next were the 3 Exodos shuttles. And lastly the Vibre class cruser. Zed Nine him self lead the assault team from the cruiser.

The two titanic ships sat in space as the CLF begain to board the enemy ship. The Defender was top of the line. Small as a Victory class but as powerful as a Mard three Imperial Star Destroyer. It was small fast and and tough. The shields had not taken too much damage and were holding at 74 %. Repairs were being done as he spoke in order to bring that back to 100%.

The Hulking mass of the Victory Class craft was sitting before him. There was only periodical fire from the ship. And the gunner's were taking them out as they appeared to be active. Most of the fire was designated as being Ionic unless absolutely necessary. They wanted that she in one peace.

The sheilds on the planet were fluctuating. The shuttle that was shot down released something. And it was playing havoc with the shield systems. Samples of what ever that stuff is, was being collected and immediatly run back to the Alliance labs on Drewwa. Another mysterious new weapon to ponder on eh.

Well he hoped that Zed Nine was fairing well.

--On ship--

280 people encompassed the initial boarding part of the CLF forces. One the DSD had secured the VSD and taken out it's weaponry they would follow with hundereds more. They cut into the hull and were welcomed by a flurry of crimson laser fire. The Space troopers and Exo operated Phase three dark troopers went in first. The Space suits were healily armed There heavy blasters shooting right through the bulk heads into enemy troops. The swifter dark trooper exo suits came in and took out the remaining resistance upclose and personal. The smell of seared flesh filled the air. Luck that the droid only processed the data of smell. Other wise he may have been slightly repulsed by the aroma.

The lay out was down loaded in to the law droid's memory banks. He was directing the Dark trooper droid exo soilders. His droid processor linked directly into their data nets so that he may feed him information.

One of those same troopers calls a halt. "Three life forms up ahead. Assuming armed." The Obsidian form of the mechanical storm trooper inched his way up the corridor. Followed by three white storm troopers and Zed Himself. Carrying a heavy stun rifle.

Even with his updated programing he did not ever take a life where it could be avoided. There was a kill setting on his gun but he reserved it for absolute emergencies. And a boarding mission did not count. The CLF was only the innitial attack force once the regular army arrived he would leave this bussiness to them.

Sirens went off in his head. On a screen that he sees on his vision he detects not three but 6 heat sigantures. The Group Pops out on the defending crew members. Two fire immediateltly and then the law officers return fire. The third says that he surrenders getting on his hands and knees begging for mercy.

Zed saw him surrendering and was ready to except it. But something about his demeanor said that he may not be telling the truth. A troper took him by the arm and was stabed in the stomach. The droid had a instant bead on him and gave him a quick stun bolt to the head. The man fell to the ground in a heap.

the Law officer was crying out in pain. His stomach exposed. "quickly get him back to the shuttle and treat him. I do not want any deaths on my watch."

With a node another two troopers took the injured man. The white armor was now colored with crimson blood. Not a pretty site to behold.

They kept moveing their ultimate objective was securing and shutting down the hyper drive. The ships only means of escape. They had 5 minutes.

--The dinifet cruiser.--

The capatain of the cloaked craft was growing restless. The ship was positioned on a likely exit vector incase the ailling ship tried to make a bide for open space. Well not on ewas running to day and if they got past the Defender Star Destroyer she was cloaked and ready to sprin the unexpected ambush. She just needed to sit and wait.

--Defender star destroyer--

Ship was secured. THey were not recieving any more return fire. So this was quite forunate sheids we back up at 83 percent. "Tractor beams reel the fish in to position. " He smiles, useing phrases that he would use when he went fishing with his family on almania was a habit that he had gotten into and his bridge crew had grown accustom to it. Taking his fishing euphimisms and turning them in to the orders that they were meant to be.

The Victory star destroyer was comming into position. Several hundered troopers were prepared to board. Reports from the other ship indicated that much of the ship was exposed to vacum. Killing most of the passengers. The CLF had the equipment to traverse air less space. And were securing the ship. A comunique just arrived from Zed.

--Victory Star Destroyer boarding party.--

"Captain we have secured the hyper drive as requested. What is the status of reinforcements?" He inquired awaiting a reply. The Hyper drive room too was exposed to the primal elements of space. Those that were unlucky enough to have been caught in the room at the time were now pertrified and frozen mummys. This is why the droid Zed Nine detested war so much. To much wasted llife.

The answer came. "Troops are beginging to board now. Expect reinforcement in T-minus 6 standerd minutes. how are you fairing?"

"TAken some casualties but over all the ship is so shot full of holes that any thing organic is vacum sealed." He watches a body float by. Gravity was off in this section. And the droid started running his zero G programing. Some thing that most droids most assuredly do not possess.

"Suggest that we wrap this up. Some of our fighters got through the shields several of our fighters ar ein pursut but Be advised that there is more to this attack then we can see as on now captain."

The CAptain of the DSD was also a Freedom Guards man. He had his supiscions as well. But that was gleaned more on a gut feeling then any thing else. He found it curious that the droid came to the same conclusion. "My thoughts as well. Perhaps you should get back to the surface as soon as possible. "

The droid nodded at that suggestion. "I think that I well At that captain." He shot off his camlink and replaced it at his side. One of the space troopers was patching in to him.

"Zed nine come in please sir." The message was slightly garbled through all the electro magnetic interferance from the damaged engines.

"Yes officer. What do you have to report." He asks.

"A ship by the name of the shadow hunter is on planet and is requesting that he be given hunting clearance on the enemy craft." The droid considered it.

He answers is, "Tell the being he has permission but to take them alive if posible."

The droid C4 was on planet. His help in the matter would be appreciated today. Several flickering crimson bolst cross the room. So not all of the crew succumb to the vacum. Several of the crew had hard vacum suits on. They out numbered Zeds group and had the high ground attacking from a cat walk.

It was then that the calvelry arrived. From all sides the defender Star Destroyers people surrounded the enemy crew. Seeing that they are plainly out numbered they surrender.

"Zed to Capitol ship Victory class star cruiser secured. PLease see to our wounded captain." If the droid had needed to sleep he thinks to himself that he would have slept well tonight.

--Dinifet cruiser--

All clear in the space front. The enemy ship is being taken. Well wonders never cease. One of the Freedom guard had to pay the price of his life though for that they people that escaped to the surface would pay. She guarentees it. The ship remains cloaked ever vigilent to any sign of threats on the horizon. Planetarybased Turbolaser charging.

A Lone Imperial Class Star Destroyer lept out of Hyperspace to 5.0 clicks from the Planet of Wayland. It was almost a majestic sight the ship was paineted with no carbon scorning and no signs of recent batttles, it was the colors of The Rogue Empire. Immediately all its fighters launched from the Hangar bay. They swarmed out like an angry swarm of hornets awoken from their sleep.

All of a sudden a transmission errupts from the New Imperial Star Destroyer. A Lone Man about 6 feet tall shrouded in a cloak stands before anyone recieving the transmission. His face is almost Completely covered in shadows, a lightsaber can be seen hanging at his side. An evil sneer can be seen spreading across his face. He begins to speak in a meanacing voice. "Attention all Warships and fighters. This is NOW Rogue Imperial Space.. You MUST stand down and leave the Wayland System immediately. Or you WILL BE destroyed. This is your ONLY warning." The Mans image vanishes.

The Shadowy man sits down in the command chair a overlay of the system is on the main viewport infront of him. He now waits for their Move................
