Really, I think it can go one of two ways. Either he'll get into the White House, be presented with all this new information to which he previously had no access and will decide to follow a conservative route (i.e., he'll be a good president) or he'll be so bad (socialized health care, higher taxes, hate crimes legislation, increased government size, etc) that we kick him out in four years.

Small but strong central government, stringent fiscal policies, socialized health care paid for by a government run business not just taxes, and things will be fine.
