Sinsang: At present? A strong and booming economic power in the north. With the need to rebuild in the Coalition and Sinsang not being hurt in any of the wars, they're taking advantage of their position as a key industrial world in the Coalition.

Concluding First Quarter, internal politics will be stabilized and concluding Silk Road their trade routes will be finalized.

In Coalition of the Damned, the Sinsangese aren't actively aiding people from getting out of Onyxian space. They are however sending them to the world Lesalia, and providing them the ability to rebuild in return for their... gratitude.

The Onyxian Fleet has pulled about 90 percent of its assets to Sinsang where the Coalition maintains a fortress-like system on the edge of Imperial Space, a menacing presence we plan to deal with.

Heh, what? Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't we get to decide where our ships are, and what they're doing? And by we, I do mean the Coalition. Now, it's been a while since I've talked to Dolash, but he had a plan for those ships at one point, and it wasn't to fortify Sinsang and give you a reason to invade another Coalition world.

That's right, I'm still around; haven't gotten rid of me yet.

Dolash: I'm going to try really hard to pry myself away from WoW long enough to get on AIM sometime tomorrow, or the next day, or. . . Anyway, I'd like to talk to you about all of this in greater detail.

Oh, and be on the lookout: I might even write something sometime soon.

NORTH: Singsang - I was under the impression that these guys were also leaving the Coalition but it is the GC's good fortune that they decided to stick around. Coalition leadership should kiss Singsang's arse for the time being as they have developed an unfettered industrial capacity that is definitely not under the enormous strain that the Central Worlds, I would think.


CENTER: I believe with supporting battle after battle, the people are tired. Their economy is overtaxed and crippled. Rebuilding,reconstruction efforts falling by the wayside as they work to keep their military machine running for defending citizens. With the loss of the Contegorian and Colonies, Onyx Commonwealth, possibly the Cren and the East, they are supporting a large influx of refugees with little space to put them.

In time, with the constant fighting finished, they can work through these problems.


EAST: The fleet is currently leaving the East and Mon Calamari is being evacuated. However, since Gue is not around to complete the rp, what eventually happens in the East is really up to Dolash. I would say Mon Cal is mostly evacuated but if the Dragons never come and if their advance stops... who's to say the GC cannot return to their Eastern homes once they feel they have the materials to defend? BDE'S lack of moving the story forward gives the momentum back to Dolash imho.


WEST: I would agree with Telan's assessment. I believe it was mentioned that some (if not most) of the Onyx refugees were being moved to Singsang territory and the Cooperative. I may be wrong as it's been a while since I've read the rp's. Of course, it is up to GC to decide whether or not the move is permanent. So, Smarts is right. They may not be reinforcing the Singsang border but transfered everyone interior or whatnot.


CREN: Given that there was an agreement not to attack TNO when Cren were handed back their planets by TNO and yet they still did with To Burn with Righteous Anger, I would have hoped this was covered in Kraken's Empire at War thread. Since it wasn't, I guess whether they are a part of GC or not is really up to Jan. I am curious, Jan, what your idea was for the Cren. PM it to me sometime. I wouldn't mind doing a slow rp with you regarding it (and not as an Imperial person). Just a thought.


There are different timelines involved as Smarts is rp'ing during the 2 week period. Telan is already two months beyond it. Space Between is taking place during and after To Burn with Righteous Anger (prior to Contegorian pull out).



Dolash: Personally, I think you need to coordinate whoever is still a member of GC to ensure they do not accidentally drag GC into a war by attacking something they shouldn't. GC relationship with former members may need to be addressed. The threads completed regarding Eastern Exodus and the Mon Cal Evac... you may not need to necessarily rp the action but provide a narrative of what happens to simply add closure would be nice.


Even if GC just sits around for a while doing nothing, it can be assumed that they are repairing damage to worlds, ships, relationships, new borders, etc...

But I would think that the people are tired. Tired of fighting, tired of drum beating and tired of losing. I would think that any leader suddenly calling for another war or whatnot would have the people pull him off his podium and claw him to death in revolutionary furor.

Ahh.. even my memory isn't all that.
